		<description>&lt;b&gt;...meditation/ ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; ...meditation/calming piece to it all at this point. I find meditation to be extremely hard since my nervous system is so amped up.  I think meditation w/ movement might be my best bet.
